Dan was born and raised in Montgomery County, MD. He graduated from the University of Maryland, where he earned two degrees including his MBA at the Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2013. After nine years in the mortgage industry, Dan founded LendSolid in 2017. His goal was to create not just another mortgage company, but a company that simplifies and improves the client mortgage experience in measurable ways.

Dylan Kapoor, Loan Officer

A lifelong MD resident currently living in Baltimore, Dylan has a deep understanding of the real estate market in the DMV area. As a homeowner and real estate investor, Dylan understands what it is like to be in the client’s shoes. Dylan takes a hands-on approach to mortgages with his clients, answering any questions along each step in the process. He knows how to be creative to make a loan work, and is happy to coach clients that may be difficult to qualify.
